Job summary

Milieu Solar Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee solar installation sites, coordinate subcontractors and workers, and drive project progress from planning to handover.

This role requires interpreting design drawings, monitoring timelines and material deliveries, conducting toolbox talks and risk assessments, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining site records while liaising with clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of site supervision experience, preferably in solar or electrical projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and workers to ensure project progress.

• Ensure all installations are in accordance with quality and technical standards.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, material usage, and progress photos.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Support testing and commissioning processes and participate in project handovers.
