Job summary

Starway International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Civil Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, project execution and construction management, ensuring progress aligns with plans and safety standards.

You will prepare, review and independently compile complete sets of technical and commercial proposals for local tenders, liaise with main contractors, consultants, clients and authorities, and translate bilingual project documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Must have full working rights for Malaysia; willing to travel or be based at project sites as required by project needs.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in civil site management and project tendering.
• Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu for communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of tendering/costing software.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Weekends off
