Job summary

Mega Radiation Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure work aligns with project schedules and company requirements.

The role involves coordinating material deliveries, supervising workers and subcontractors, and travelling to different project sites while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid GDL licence
• 1 year site supervision experience preferred
• Able to travel to different project sites
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and manage site activities

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed properly
• Ensure site work follows project schedules and company requirements
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to the site
• Drive company lorry or vehicle when required
• Check materials and ensure proper usage at the site
• Monitor site safety and maintain good housekeeping
• Report daily site progress and any site issues to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other site personnel
