Job summary

Gangyao Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an engineering professional to design and implement mechanical and electrical systems for factory facilities in line with local regulations and industry standards.

You will prepare drawings, review BOMs, oversee installation and maintenance, and work with contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Fresh graduates with strong knowledge are welcome to apply, with Mandarin language proficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPLAN, and/or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Ability to develop, modify, and maintain engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems for factory facilities in compliance with Malaysian regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and BOMs.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal departments to meet time and budget constraints.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and as-built drawings.
• Provide technical support and recommend productivity and safety improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems for factory facilities in compliance with Malaysian regulations, engineering standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with company policies, statutory regulations, and applicable industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
• Provide technical support and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, energy efficiency, equipment reliability, and workplace safety.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, EPLAN, and/or SolidWorks Electrical.
• Ability to develop, modify, and maintain engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of factory electrical systems, machinery installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and willing to travel or work overtime when required.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
