Deloitte DRSC T&L (Singapore Payroll) is seeking a payroll professional to support daily, weekly and monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore regulations. You will review reports, respond to client queries, and help maintain the payroll timeline and timely payslips.

The role requires 1–2 years SG payroll experience, strong English, good time management, attention to detail, and proficiency with payroll software and Excel.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of SG payroll processing experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly diligent, responsible and detail-oriented, with ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for daily, weekly and monthly payroll processes while ensuring accuracy and Singapore regulatory compliance.
  • Review payroll reports prepared by team members before client approval each month.
  • Respond to client emails and clarify payroll queries.
  • Ensure payroll timeline is followed and payslips are released timely.
  • Prepare/review Singapore tax clearance (IR21) for foreign employees leaving Singapore.
  • Assist with ad-hoc payroll compliance/advisory matters and provide information for auditors/tax agents.
