Job summary

Links International is seeking an experienced SG Payroll Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to deliver payroll processing services for Singapore clients. The role combines payroll execution with client relationship management in a hybrid work-from-home setup in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate has solid Singapore payroll experience, proficiency in Excel/HRIS, and strong attention to detail. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in processing end-to-end Singapore payroll.
• Experience in payroll outsourcing or shared services is advantageous.
• Able to manage high-volume payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical and data accuracy skills with HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll services to Singapore clients and maintain client relationships regularly.
• Perform end-to-end Singapore payroll processing including salaries, benefits, and deductions.
• Liaise with authorities and service providers on pension, tax and other statutory matters.
• Prepare payroll reports such as headcount, pay summaries, and cost centre allocations.
• Maintain accurate payroll data in the Payroll System and support regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide our award-winning payroll service to clients and maintain client relationship on regular basis
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing and provide related HR services to Singapore clients
• Responsible for clients' payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
• Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
• Prepare HR reports for clients such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
• Participate clients meeting and provide professional advices on HR issues relate to labour laws and employment act
• Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams

Requirements

• Solid experience in processing end-to-end Singapore payroll
• Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
• Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
• Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
• Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
• Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
