Job summary

Adecco Portugal's client in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the growing payroll team. You will support end-to-end payroll processing across the region and ensure statutory compliance and timely payments to employees.

The role requires 1–2 years of payroll experience, familiarity with Singapore payroll processes, and strong English communication. You will work independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet strict payroll deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore payroll processes.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll data input and maintain accurate employee and payroll information.
• Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing, including payroll calculation, salary and leave processing, other compensation and reconciliation.
• Monitor and execute payroll activities according to the payroll processing schedule.
• Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and payments are disbursed to employees in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit statutory remittances within the required deadlines.
• Support accurate and timely year-end payroll reporting.
