Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a payroll specialist to deliver Singapore payroll services from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will process end-to-end Singapore payroll for a large pool of employees with accuracy and compliance, and handle client inquiries with expert advice.

You will work closely with clients' HR teams and government bodies for monthly governance and reporting, while driving SLA adherence and taking on ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of Singapore payroll processing experience from a payroll outsourcing/consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge and professionalism in country labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with fluency in English.
• Expert in MS Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Singapore payroll services with 100% accuracy on payroll and statutory calculations.
• Hands-on processing end-to-end Singapore payroll for clients' employees in large headcount number.
• Answer to clients' enquiries, resolve payroll issues and provide expert advice.
• Drive operational excellence and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with clients' HR representatives and Government authorities on monthly governance and reporting.
• Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
