Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a retail associate at Genting Highlands to greet customers, offer styling suggestions, and drive sales. The role requires friendliness, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn brand policies.

This position welcomes fresh graduates and emphasizes teamwork, store upkeep, stock replenishment, and smooth cash handling at the POS. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage; SPM or above is required.

Qualifications

• English and Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• SPM or higher education qualification required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication, basic math, and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide styling suggestions.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Conduct daily cleaning and ensure the store is tidy and inviting.
• Replenish stock, assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.

• Responsible for customer’s overall in store experience by providing customer service

• Actively maintains a global brand image.

• Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
