HLA Garment in Malaysia is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers, offer styling advice, and promote current collections while delivering excellent service.

Join our team and enjoy hands-on training, ample opportunities to learn fashion trends, and work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is required, with Mandarin as an added advantage to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Customer service or retail experience is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Passionate about customer service and interested in fashion.
• Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting current collections and delivering excellent customer service.
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform basic pants alterations (e.g., hemming) after receiving the required training, where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and an attractive shopping environment.
• Replenish stock, price merchandise, and assist with inventory counts.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and company policies.
