Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to join the fashion team. You will greet customers, offer styling advice, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided. Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin as an added advantage. Positive attitude and teamwork are essential traits for success.

Qualifications

• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Customer service or retail experience is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Passionate about customer service and interested in fashion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting current collections and delivering excellent customer service.
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform basic pants alterations (e.g., hemming) after receiving the required training, where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and an attractive shopping environment.
• Replenish stock, price merchandise, and assist with inventory counts.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.
• Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and company policies.
