Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly sales associate to assist customers at our Genting Highlands store. You will greet shoppers, offer styling tips, and share product knowledge to help them find outfits.

The role requires basic math, computer literacy, and strong communication. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Flexible hours including weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• SPM or higher education required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and basic math skills.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer’s overall in store experience by providing customer service.
• Understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparels and offer alternatives.
• Maintain, replenish and upkeep of store according to brand image and Standards.
• Actively maintains a global brand image.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
