Job summary

HLA Garment in Genting Highlands is seeking a friendly retail associate to greet customers, provide styling suggestions, and promote current collections.

You will drive sales, operate the POS, perform alterations when needed, maintain visual merchandising, handle inventory, and ensure a tidy, inviting store.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage; candidates must have at least SPM or above, with strong communication and basic math skills.

• Operate the POS system during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy and inviting.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.

• Responsible for customer’s overall in store experience by providing customer service
• Understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparels to suite customer’s need, and offer alternative to customer.
• Maintain, replenish and upkeep of store according to brand image and Standards.
• Actively maintains a global brand image.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
