Jora Malaysia is hiring retail associates to greet customers, offer styling advice, and promote our fashion collections. You will work with a friendly team, provide excellent service, and help maintain an inviting store environment.

Fresh graduates are welcomed and training will be provided. Applicants must be able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting current collections and delivering excellent customer service.
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform basic pants alterations after training, where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock, price merchandise, and assist with inventory counts.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets.
