Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive retail associate to serve customers and drive sales. You will greet shoppers, provide styling advice, and promote current collections while ensuring a welcoming store environment.

Candidate should be passionate about fashion with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided, and weekend/public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting current collections and delivering great service.
• Operate the POS system for sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist with basic alterations after training where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory counts.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store sales targets.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and company policies.
