Job summary

HLA Garment in Genting Highlands is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding in-store service and style advice. You will greet customers, demonstrate outfits, and promote current collections.

Fresh graduates are welcome; English and Mandarin skills are a plus. The role requires good communication, basic math, and comfort using a POS system. Flexible retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• SPM or higher qualification required.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Computer literacy and basic math skills are needed.
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge to assist customers.

Responsibilities
