Job summary

myFirst is seeking a growth-focused eCommerce marketer to own Shopify performance across traffic, search visibility, conversions and online revenue. You will drive CRO, paid media, SEO and CRM strategies to deliver profitable growth for our kids and family-oriented brand.

You will collaborate with design, product and influencer teams to build high-converting assets, optimize product content, and implement lifecycle campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Shopify eCommerce growth, DTC, digital commerce or performance marketing.
• Hands-on Shopify skills: building product listings, collections and landing-page content.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4 and Google Search Console; familiarity with GTM is advantageous.
• Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp or comparable email/CRM tools, including customer segmentation and automated flows.
• Able to interpret data, spot trends and perform commercial/funnel analysis using spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, video, product and influencer teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shopify store operations: listings, collections, landing pages, promotions and bundles; optimize product copy and images.
• Lead CRO efforts to improve customer journey and optimize conversions, A/B testing, AOV, and checkout abandonment.
• Plan and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads, including budgeting and bidding.
• Develop SEO strategy and optimize product/category pages; coordinate SEO-led content.
• Use GA4, Search Console and Shopify analytics to analyze traffic, funnels and campaign results.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to inform growth experiments and plans.
• Drive lifecycle marketing campaigns through Klaviyo or Mailchimp (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back).
• Brief designers and creators for high-converting assets and landing pages; scale successful assets.
• Own growth roadmap, budget recommendations and quarterly reporting on results and actions.
