Job summary

TTRacing is seeking an Assistant Manager, Growth Marketing to scale our ecommerce across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Amazon. You will own channels end-to-end, stay hands-on, and use AI tools (Claude) to plan, build, and optimise campaigns, creative, and reporting.

You’ll collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to grow social following, manage affiliate/KOL programs, and explore new growth channels, including events, with a sharp focus on ROAS and CAC.

Qualifications

• AI-first mindset; Claude experience is a big plus.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads; Google Ads a plus; familiarity with TikTok/Shopee/Lazada/Amazon Ads.
• Experience growing channels like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or Amazon.
• 3–6 years in ecommerce, performance, or growth marketing.
• Experience with affiliate and KOL programs.
• Strong copywriting and AI-assisted content/tools usage (Canva, Adobe).
• GA4 or similar analytics; ROAS, CAC, funnel health.
• Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce channels end-to-end across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Amazon.
• Plan, build, and optimise campaigns, creative briefs, and reporting using AI.
• Manage paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and Amazon Ads.
• Develop affiliate and KOL/influencer programs to drive traffic and sales.
• Grow social following and convert awareness into sales.
• Test and optimise creatives, hooks, formats, and landing pages.
• Set up tracking, attribution, dashboards, and funnel performance reporting.
• Explore new growth channels, including events and on-ground activations.
• Collaborate with creative, content, product, and ecommerce teams on launches.
