ANVERSON INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. seeks an Online Sales & Marketing Manager to drive digital growth from awareness to purchase and retention. You’ll own campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website and social channels with a data‑driven ROI focus.

You will optimize listings, content, pricing and promotions, coordinating with KAMs and creative teams for impactful campaigns and sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in e‑commerce, digital sales or performance marketing within FMCG/retail/distributor sectors.
• Proven success managing high‑volume marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) with RM2M–3M+ annual revenue.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce or related field.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and brand.com (Shopify) backend systems.
• Experience managing campaigns with Facebook/Google/TikTok Ads and strong ROI focus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret ROI, retail audits and consumer trends.
• Expertise in full lifecycle of product listings: SEO, high‑quality content, pricing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website and other platforms.
• Plan and execute platform campaigns, promotions, bundles, vouchers and traffic driving activities.
• Monitor daily sales, conversion rate, traffic, ads performance and customer behaviour across platforms.
• Optimize product listings, PDP content, keywords, pricing strategy and promotional visibility.
• Collaborate with KAMs for campaign participation and platform support opportunities.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement and sales conversions.
• Plan content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and XiaoHongShu.
• Coordinate with creative, content, livestream and affiliate teams for strong online presence.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and platform ads.
• Analyze campaign performance, sales trends, customer insights and marketing effectiveness.
