Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Penang is hiring a retail sales associate to greet customers, provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help shoppers find outfits they love.

You will drive sales by understanding customer needs, operate the POS system, assist with stock and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.

Skills
