Job summary

HLA Garment in Penang, Permatang Pauh is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, offer styling advice, process transactions, and maintain store presentation in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Requirements include at least SPM or higher, good communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer literacy. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus. Join and contribute to a team-driven store aiming to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide styling suggestions and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration (e.g., hemming) using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.
