Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an attentive retail assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support stock handling, customer service, and shelf display.

You will work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with basic computer skills and languages Bahasa Malaysia and English.

The role requires strong organizational skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude to help shoppers find products.

Qualifications

• Min SPM is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new stocks delivered
• Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves
• Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries courteously
• Sharp, precise, and very careful in handling the job
• Hardworking and positive in all instruction given
• Responsible to retail selling
