Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to greet customers, offer styling advice, and promote current collections in our Penang store. You will handle POS transactions, assist with stock, and maintain store presentation. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training is provided. Excellent communication, basic math, and computer literacy are required to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge to help customers find suitable outfits.
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and promoting current collections.
• Perform pants alteration (hemming) using store equipment as required.
• Operate the POS system efficiently during transactions, refunds, or exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of the store.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties, ensuring the store is tidy, neat, and inviting at all times.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks and product tagging.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with tact and positivity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, promotions, and brand policies.
