GATI PETROCHEM E&A SDN BHD is seeking a fast-learning Sales, Shipping & Procurement Assistant to support sales coordination, shipping arrangements, procurement activities, and general administration. You will liaise with customers, forwarders and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely order fulfillment, and smooth delivery.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; ability to multitask and work under pressure is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily sales coordination and shipping operations.
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with customers on order confirmation, pricing, and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and shipping agents for local and export shipments.
• Monitor order fulfillment from sales order to final delivery.
• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare export/import shipping documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, BL/airway bill where applicable).
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, shipments, and inventory movement.
• Support stock receiving, checking, and dispatch activities when required.
• Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support.
• Assist in resolving delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
