Job summary

Eures (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an organised logistics and order support professional to manage quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders from local and overseas suppliers. You will coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and service engineers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

You will also source products, process customer orders, monitor production progress, arrange shipments, and provide timely updates on order status while maintaining meticulous records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and service engineers on status and delivery schedules
• Source products and obtain quotations from local and overseas suppliers
• Process customer orders and monitor production progress, shipment schedules, and delivery status
• Arrange local and overseas shipments, including shipping documents
• Coordinate service attendance, vessel boarding arrangements, and logistics support
• Prepare commercial documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and project documentation
• Support the sales team in daily administrative and operational activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
