Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents (invoices and Delivery Order).
• Provide information to customers about the status of their delivery.
• Any other duties and relevant tasks assigned by supervisor and management.
