Job summary

SKY GLOBAL TIME CRITICAL SOLUTIONS SDN BHD in Butterworth, Penang is hiring a junior logistics role. Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is required; fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.

Experience in air freight or sea freight is a plus; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to work independently or in a team, and open to

• Candidates with or without freight forwarding / logistics experience are welcome to apply

• Experience or knowledge in air freight and/or sea freight operations is an advantage
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred
• Willing to work shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Handle air freight or sea freight shipment operations
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents
• Arrange booking with airlines and shipping lines
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers
• Ensure compliance with import/export procedures and documentation requirements
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform other operational tasks assigned by management
