Job summary

SKY GLOBAL TIME CRITICAL SOLUTIONS SDN BHD in Butterworth, Penang, Malaysia is seeking a logistics graduate to join our operations team. You will handle air freight and/or sea freight shipments, coordinate with customers, carriers, and agents, and prepare shipping documents.

Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred. You must be willing to work shifts and weekends and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Candidates with or without freight forwarding / logistics experience are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided
• Experience or knowledge in air freight and/or sea freight operations is an advantage
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred
• Willing to work shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Handle air freight or sea freight shipment operations
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents
• Arrange booking with airlines and shipping lines
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers
• Ensure compliance with import/export procedures and documentation requirements
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform other operational tasks assigned by management
