Job summary

SKY GLOBAL TIME CRITICAL SOLUTIONS SDN BHD – Butterworth, Penang is seeking candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided. Experience in air freight or sea freight is an advantage.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, and the role requires good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Candidates with or without freight forwarding / logistics experience are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Experience or knowledge in air freight and/or sea freight operations is an advantage.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Willing to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle air freight or sea freight shipment operations
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents
• Arrange booking with airlines and shipping lines
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers
• Ensure compliance with import/export procedures and documentation requirements
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform other operational tasks assigned by management
