Job summary

SITC Container Lines Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Customer Service & Documentation (Shipping Liner) professional to manage import documentation, issue NOA and invoices, and release Delivery Orders.

You will monitor overstay containers and D&D, prepare and send B/L and export invoices, handle inquiries on vessel space and schedules, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and perform related duties.

Qualifications

• Degree holders in any field.
• Based in Penang; ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Shipping liner experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up promptly.

Responsibilities

• Handle import documentation, including sending NOA and invoices and releasing Delivery Orders (DO).
• Monitor overstay containers and Demurrage & Detention (D&D).
• Prepare and send Bill of Lading (B/L) and export invoices to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries on vessel space, schedule etc. and release export bookings.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on shipment matters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
