Job summary

CNT Line Sdn Bhd is hiring for a Logistics Coordinator in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. You will coordinate daily import/export shipments, manage freight documents, and liaise with shipping lines, airlines, and customers to arrange bookings and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily import and export shipments, including sea freight and air freight.
• Handle shipping documentation (bills of lading, delivery orders, commercial invoices, packing lists).
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, overseas agents, and customers to arrange bookings and deliveries.
• Follow up on shipment status, vessel schedules, arrival notices, and delivery arrangements.
• Ensure shipping documents and declarations are accurate and submitted on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for cargo collection, loading, and delivery.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
• Assist with customs clearance documentation and permit applications.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Maintain proper records and filing of shipping documents.
• Assist with freight charges, billing, and other shipment-related tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
