Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Malaysia is seeking a SFE Associate (1 Year Contract) to support the SFE Manager with analytics that drive sales force effectiveness and business acumen.

You will educate customer-facing teams on frequent questions, maintain CRM tools, and contribute to incentive planning and field sales reporting, ensuring accurate, timely analytics and reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Data Analysis, Statistics or related field.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support SFE Manager and collaborate with stakeholders in Commercialization—execute analytics for sales operation activities including call planning, incentive compensation calculations, call reporting, field sales communications and CRM training.
• System administrator for CRM program; manage access, content, and configuration with the Regional Support Team for upcoming solutions.
• Provide in-depth analysis to support sales force structure, initiatives, targeting and incentive programs.
• Implement and monitor sales capability measurement tools and management reporting.
• Review and update SFE training materials and deliver live trainings as needed.
• Promote Zuellig Pharma’s core values in day-to-day responsibilities.
