Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Associate to support the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager with analytics that drive sales force excellence. You will educate and train the customer-facing team on common questions and systems, and collaborate across Commercialization on incentive and call planning initiatives.

The role involves CRM administration, configuration coordination with the Regional Support Team, and delivering accurate analyses to shape strategic field force

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Data Analysis, Statistics or related field.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support SFE Manager and collaborate with stakeholders in Commercialization to execute analytic efforts for sales operation activities.
• System administrator for CRM program; manage user access and content management; liaise with regional support on configurations and activations.
• Provide in-depth analysis to support sales force structure, initiatives, targeting and incentive compensation program.
• Implement and improve sales capability measurement tools and management reporting.
• Review and update SFE training materials and deliver live training as needed.
• Promote Zuellig Pharma’s core values in day-to-day responsibilities.

Purpose Of The Role

The Sales Force Effectiveness Associate t will play an integral role in supporting SFE Manager on initiatives to drive sales force effectiveness and business acumen; provide timely and accurate in-depth analytics to enable strategic business decisions related to field force excellence. He/She will educate and train customer facing team on frequent questions and sales force operations systems.

What You’ll Do

• Support SFE Manager and work collaboratively with all stakeholders within Commercialization – execute analytic efforts in support of sales operation activities including but not limited to call planning, incentive compensation calculation, call reporting, field sales communications and CRM tool training.
• System administrator for customer relationship management (CRM) program, manage change request, user access and content management platform; to work closely with SFE Manager & Digital Lead on technical configuration, operations and troubleshooting while liaising with Regional Support Team for upcoming solutions and feature activations.
• Provide accurate and in-depth analysis to support strategic sales force structure, initiatives, targeting and incentive compensation program.
• Implement, monitor and continuously improve sales capability measurement tools and management reporting.
• Review and update SFE training materials for work streams such as call planning, incentive planning and field sales reporting; deliver live training as needed.
• To promote and adhere to Zuellig Pharma’s core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions.

Must-Have

• Bachelor degree in Data Analysis, Statistics or related field.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
