Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a cornerstone of asset servicing, is recruiting a Client Operations Officer for Settlements. Based in IOI City, Putrajaya, you will handle daily settlement tasks, repairs, and issue resolution while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. 9am–6pm MYT, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years’ experience, a finance-related degree, and strong MS Excel skills. This role supports career growth within a global asset servicing group.

Qualifications

• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience not required or 0-2 years as stated in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Extract reports and investigate trade settlement issues for solution.
• Monitor system queue on specific trade statuses.
• Perform trade repair in core system to allow accurate and timely trade settlement according to market deadlines.
• Follow up on all trade issues until complete resolution.
• Escalate operational issues according to local escalation protocol.
• Ensure all instructions are processed following operating procedures.
• Guide other team members as part of onboarding.
