The Manager of Settlements team leads a team who is responsible for ensuring all client trades successfully settle on time and in accordance with the safekeeping policy and procedures. Settlement is the core function of Custody. With multiple touchpoints with other stakeholders such as FX, treasury team, lending, and middle office, the Manager is expected to liaise and coordinate with the stakeholders in proactively solving settlement issue as well as addressing systemic issue to permanently improve STP rate and Settlement rate. This position requires strong sense of ownership in the team’s deliverables, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of trade settlement processes and custody services.
