Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, located in IOI City, Putrajaya, seeks a Manager of Settlements to lead a high-performance team responsible for ensuring client trades settle accurately and promptly. The role requires close collaboration with FX, treasury, lending and middle office functions across the global CACEIS network.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of settlement processes and custody services. Working hours are 9:00am–6:00pm MYT.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of trade settlement processes and custody services.
• Demonstrates ownership and attention to detail.
• Experience liaising with FX, treasury, lending and middle office teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client trades settle on time in line with policies.
• Coordinate with FX, treasury, lending and middle office to resolve settlement issues.
• Lead a high-performance Settlements team and foster growth.
• Drive improvements to STP rate and settlement rate.
