CACEIS Malaysia is seeking a Client Operations Officer in the Settlements team to ensure accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions. You will extract reports, investigate settlement issues, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service standards.

The role requires a solid understanding of custody and settlements, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work within established procedures to deliver reliable results.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Custody product and Settlements processes.
• Detail-oriented with strict adherence to procedures.
• Ability to resolve issues independently guided by SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Extract reports and investigate trade settlement issues.
• Monitor system queue on trade statuses.
• Perform trade repair in core systems to meet deadlines.
• Follow up until complete resolution.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries and escalate as needed.
• Follow operating procedures for all instructions.
• Mentor new joiners during onboarding.
