Job summary

• Knowledge of trade settlements and clearing processes.
• Ability to work under procedures and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Extract reports and investigate trade settlement issues for solution
• Monitor system queue on specific trade statuses
• Perform trade repair in core system to allow accurate and timely trade settlement according to various market deadlines
• Follow up on all trade issues until complete resolution
• Ensure queries received are resolved in timely manner; follow up diligently until complete
• Escalate operational issues or any abnormality per escalation protocol
• Ensure all instructions are processed following operating procedures
• Guide other team members as part of onboarding journey
