Job summary

Martego Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an organised Leasing & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day operations of our serviced-apartment portfolio in KLCC. You will coordinate cleaners, prep units for occupancy, assist tenant and guest move-ins and move-outs, and keep records organized.

The role requires strong planning, proactive teamwork and clear communication with tenants, cleaners, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in property, hospitality, serviced apartments, customer service or administration is an advantage.
• Strong organisation and follow-through; able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proactive team player who communicates well and collaborates with colleagues, cleaners and tenants.
• Clear and courteous communication with tenants, guests and service providers.
• Familiar with Google Drive, Google Sheets, email and messaging apps.
• Careful with records, inventories, keys and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cleaning schedules around arrivals, departures, inspections, and maintenance.
• Confirm cleaners completed work and report missed items or quality concerns.
• Check units are clean, equipped, and ready for occupation.
• Arrange replenishment or replacement of basic supplies with approvals.
• Report damage, missing items, and maintenance issues.
• Assist with tenant and guest check-in/check-out arrangements, including access instructions and keys.
• Complete or coordinate checklists, condition reports, and handover records.
• Maintain accurate unit inventories, including furniture, appliances, keys, and access cards.
• Maintain organised Google Drive folders for unit records and documents.
• Coordinate daily tasks with cleaners, leasing colleagues, contractors, and service providers.
