Job summary

WIT Venture Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager for its hospitality unit in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee daily hotel-style operations across serviced apartments, manage guest-facing areas, coordinate with security and concierge, and drive 5-star guest experiences.

The role emphasizes SOP enforcement, quality audits, vendor management, and cost control. Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field and 2–3 years in hotel or serviced apartment

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel-style operations in serviced apartments or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to manage guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for managed units, including check-in/out coordination, housekeeping, and front desk support.
• Plan manpower and schedules to meet check-in times and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with building management, security, and concierge on guest-stay matters.
• Deliver 5-star guest experiences across all touchpoints; handle complaints promptly with action plans.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements to raise ratings.
• Enforce hotel-level standards for cleanliness, readiness, safety, and presentation.
• Conduct regular audits with checklists and evidence; maintain SOPs for check-in/out, cleaning, and replacements.
• Manage defects, repairs, and vendor performance; ensure on-time completion and documented closure.
• Implement preventive maintenance planning and budget-conscious asset management.
• Provide daily/weekly ops reporting and lead housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge staff.
• Ensure platform compliance with OTA standards and house rules; manage linen, amenities, and access control.
