Job summary

Sansico Industries in Shah Alam is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Sansico machines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and coordinate with Site Engineers to meet schedules while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field, with strong reading of manuals and process diagrams, and at least 2 years of

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pipe welding machine and maintenance.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and preventive maintenance programs.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Sansico machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance according to the established schedule and urgencies.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues pertaining to the machines and implement actions accordingly to accommodate to the schedule and urgencies.
• Collaborate with Site Engineers to optimise repair and improve machine reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a critical spares inventory for key maintenance items to minimise downtime.
• Communicates any concerns about work process to their manager.
• Assist in machine calibration, and upgrades as required.
