Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance technician to support daily production machine checking and preventive maintenance. You will update check sheets and prepare fixtures for production, ensuring smooth operation of equipment.
The role requires a diploma/certificate and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with familiarity to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Certificate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015
Responsibilities
- Perform daily checking/maintenance for production machines and up-update the check sheet.
- Perform periodic maintenance according to Machine Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Prepare jig and fixture for production.
- Trouble shoot when machine, equipment and facilities break down.
- Control and maintenance the spare part inventory.
- Ensure all ISO and related procedure are carry out.
- To change/replace any minor electrical and mechanical faulty.
