Job summary
Bacteria Free Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for technicians to perform servicing on water systems, inspect operations and collect samples. You will rebedding and replace carbon, install spare parts, and handle customer complaints with troubleshooting and welding tasks.
The role requires TIG welding, piping knowledge, and the ability to work at heights. Training, career development, and a comprehensive benefits package are provided. Fluency in BM and English is required.
Qualifications
- Professional Certificate or Diploma in Welding, Plumbing or equivalent.
- Good grounding in TIG welding and piping knowledge.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Familiar with Klang Valley area.
- Valid driving license (GDL, B2 and D).
- CIDB certification.
- Responsible and trustworthy with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically strong and able to carry heavy items.
- Able to work at heights.
- Basic electrical knowledge is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform servicing jobs including general inspection, operation and collection of water samples.
- Carry out rebedding, removal and replacement of carbon.
- Replace spare parts and fittings.
- Attend to customer complaints for all products the company markets.
- Repair and troubleshoot including stainless steel welding, PVC welding, erection and dismantling of scaffolding, and PLC reset.
- Explain, communicate and provide training to customers on installed systems.
- Write reports and job sheets.
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle.
