Job summary

Vekan Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily checks and maintenance of production machines, and to prepare jigs and fixtures for production. You will troubleshoot breakdowns, manage spare parts, and ensure ISO procedures are followed.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Certificate and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with familiarity in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. This is a full-time on-site role with five working days a week.

Qualifications

Diploma / Certificate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015

Responsibilities

Perform daily checking/maintenance for production machines and up-update the check sheet.
Perform periodic maintenance according to Machine Preventive Maintenance Plan.
Prepare jig and fixture for production.
Trouble shoot when machine, equipment and facilities break down.
Control and maintenance the spare part inventory.
Ensure all ISO and related procedure are carry out.
To change/replace any minor electrical and mechanical faulty.
