Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING is seeking a Service Coordination professional in Balakong, Selangor. You will manage daily service requests, schedule field work for mechanical and electrical teams, and maintain accurate job records to ensure timely completion.

You will also prepare spare parts quotations, liaise with suppliers, and serve as the primary contact for customer communications while supporting administration and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service coordination role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable coordinating with technical staff and customers.
• Basic technical understanding; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service requests from customers, ensuring prompt and effective response.
• Schedule and coordinate service jobs for the technical team (mechanical and electrical).
• Track ongoing and completed service jobs using Excel-based trackers, updating records.
• Assist in preparing spare parts quotations and follow up on deliveries.
• Act as primary point of contact for service-related issues and update customers on progress.
• Prepare service reports, job sheets, and invoices with accounts support.
• Support sales and technical teams with related administrative tasks.
