Job summary

OTT CREATION MARKETING – Balakong, Selangor is seeking a Service Admin Coordinator to manage daily service requests and coordinate the technical team. The role includes tracking jobs, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate documentation for customers.

The candidate will handle spare parts coordination, customer communications, and warranty documentation with support from the accounts and sales teams, in a busy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service coordination role in an industrial/technical setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable coordinating with customers and technical staff.
• Basic technical understanding (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service requests from customers and respond promptly.
• Schedule and coordinate service jobs for the mechanical and electrical team.
• Track service jobs using Excel-based trackers and keep records updated.
• Prepare service reports, job sheets, and invoices with accounts support.
• Support sales and technical team with administrative tasks.
• Assist warranty claims processing with suppliers and coordinating warranty documentation.
