Job summary

OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an Operation Coordinator to join the Customer Service team. You will support daily operations, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and events.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team. English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management and coordination.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and a can-do spirit.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate in a team.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Able to handle feedback professionally and respond empathetically to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage walk-in inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Collect feedback from interactions to identify issues and drive resolution.
• Assist in preparing collaterals and communications for campaigns.
• Support ad-hoc campaign launches and operational activities as needed.
• Coordinate with city leads to ensure engagement activities are visible and well executed.
• Provide on-ground support during events, activations, or campaigns.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and other duties as delegated.
• Coordinate across internal stakeholders for smooth execution of initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operations.
