Job summary

OMODA & JAECOO Malaysia is seeking a Service Department Manager to lead daily workshop operations, supervising service advisors and technicians to ensure high-quality servicing and timely repairs.

You will drive KPI tracking, coordinate with parts, sales and warranty, and implement process improvements while upholding safety and customer satisfaction. A degree in automotive/mechanical engineering and 2+ years in automotive service with supervisory exposure are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in automotive service; at least 1 year in supervisory/managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Willing to work extended hours.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
