Job summary

Private Advertiser in Ipoh is seeking a capable workshop manager for its car service branch. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate service staff, and drive KPI attainment while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise customer interactions, ensure 5S standards, and enforce warranty procedures, with opportunities to handle ad-hoc strategic tasks and branch-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in managing a car service workshop (authorised dealership) with 5–10 years of experience.
• Good English speaking and writing proficiency.
• Strong managerial and administrative skills.
• Able to lead and motivate the service team to improve performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
• Able to travel as and when needed.

Understand and ensure team comply with principal warranty and policy procedures at the branch

Candidate Requirements: -

Candidate need to have within 5-10 years of hands-on experience in managing a carservice workshop (authorised dealership)
