Job summary

Morry Labs Sdn Bhd is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to provide professional guidance on vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair needs while building strong customer relationships. You will work with technicians to ensure timely completion and clear customer updates, while pursuing service sales opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and customer service abilities, with the ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advice is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Able to manage multiple customer cases and coordinate with technicians and workshop team.
